For the Dentist
What can Dental 911 do for you and your dental practice? We are open 365 days a years, including Saturdays, Sundays, evenings and holidays. We provide on-call service for dentists all over the metropolitan Denver area. Your patients can be seen while you are not in the office, so you can relax. All you have to do is leave our phone number on your message. You do not have to alert us that you will be referring patients to us (although we prefer that you do let us know). Patients will be provided with a copy of any x-rays taken and a note detailing their treatment, and are then instructed to return to your office for follow-up care. If a patient just needs to have a temporary crown re-cemented, the charge will be $50. We provide palliative care to patients when you are not available.
Options for use of Dental 911 as on “on-call” provider – you are welcome to do any of the following:
1) Refer individual patients who need to be seen by simply giving them our phone number.
2) Put the number for Dental 911 on your voice message, temporarily for a few days while you are out of the office, or indefinitely.
3) Put a link on your website to www.dental911.com if you want patients to have the information online.
4) Fax a note to us at 303-321-2561 to let us know that you will be out of the office, and include any specific instructions.
Your report on patient care:
If your patient is seen by a Dental 911 dentist, they will be given the option of signing a release so that we can share any radiographs and reports with you. We can also email radiographs upon request. If a patient prefers, we will hand them a copy of our report and print a copy of radiographs for them to take with them. Otherwise, we will send the report in the mail.
